General Ideas

WW2 helped end the Great Depression by increasing the demand of supplies and goods which jumpstarted the economy.

Hitler rose to power because he was a good speaker and Germany was desperate for help.

Treaty of Versailles fueled anger that led to WW2. 

A totalitarian government would use terror to take over.

Appeasement was practiced, which means to give into someone to keep the peace. 

Isolationism was practice to isolate countries that weren't ready for war to stay out of foreign affairs.

Germany invaded Poland to try and expand which violated the Treaty of Versailles which began the war in Europe.

U.S. stayed neutral to have a benefit of more time to prepare supplies and strengthen military.
